So I bought same one and haven't had a chance to fire yet I did send it back in to radicla to have them look at muzzle brake I thought it was canted but they said it wasn't and retimed it they said but looked the same heavy handguard I hope mine shoots like yours
That intro answered both my questions about radical and drum reliability
Anyone know what the muzzle brake is and where I can find one?

I own a RF-15, 16" barrel, 1:7 twist rate, 5.56 NATO, with a 15" RPR SOCOM profile.
I mounted a Holosun HE593CU-GE optic , upgraded the trigger to a CMC single stage 3.5 lbs pull weight, changed the charging handle for a Radiant, attached a sling, and Voila! Up to this date, I have no issues, but only praises about its functionality, performance and accuracy.
All others spend whatever you want on a high-end rifle, like a Daniel Defense, or a Gieselle Patrol Duty, a Noveske, etc. I won't. I am happy with the effectiveness of my battle service rifle, for less money than what others spend on fancy high-end rifles.
Subbed. Interesting IMI 65gr grouped better than the PPU 75gr. I picked one of these uppers up last year for 190 when it was on sale at PSA for Black Friday. I tried it the range for the first time yesterday and it cycled Winchester WB 55gr. Like you didn't group that great (2.81MOA / M Rad: 0.96MOA at 100yrds). I'll post a review when I've had a chance to pick up some heavier match ammo.
Is the flash suppressor removable?
The fact that this video starts with addressing issues, is in fact an issue. WITH THAT SAID, I have a Radical Arms 7.62×39 for sale…. cheap! AR platform, AK round, win win win!!!! Not a complete sack of shit!
I've found that if anything ammo-related goes wrong in my AR ,it will be with Tula steel cased ammo. Underpowered and binds up the magazine followers.

Love your reviews and how you cover so many variables too. Just bought the same upper myself although in these times it was a bit more but still a good deal.
I bought the same upper, but from Primary Arms in 2021 for $240, delivered. Very happy with it. But take a look at the outside of the muzzle brake where it attaches close to the barrel. The brake is threaded like something was designed to screw onto the outside. Any idea what this is for?
I know this video is old.
But by any chance have you found any Blast Shield or BFD that will thread onto that Muzzle Device?
At 11:35, it looks like the cases are being gripped too hard. They are just rolling out and not ejecting like they typically would. Im surprised you didn't get failure to feed using that one.
I own an "other firearm" from RF with a 13" barrel. Not a single issue using several types of ammo. One of my favorite budget AR15s that I have.
I love my Radical it’s been awesome,also I really like the way they do there cuts on the uppers
I wish I could say the same. My upper consistently fails to cycle properly.. It has a weekly ejection and consistent and consistently fails to pick a round up from to pick a round up from the magazine. I guess I could remove it from the lower I guess I could remove it from the lower, Remove the BCG and use it as a club
Was wondering how that upper is holding up a year later?
