I am Pro 2A, 100%. But, we proponents of 2A have a flaw in our arguments, unfortunately. We always say that stabilizing braces help injured or people with disabilities to use a pistol with a single hand. We never ask the question or we ignore to explain that if all those 40M owners of pistols with stabilizing brace fit into that group of people. We need to be honest and accept that perhaps 99% of them are not! Secondly, what I would feel when I shoot my AR15 in the range in terms of stability and control with the stock at the back, I would feel the same thing with a stabilizing brace on my pistols with less than 16" barrel. Those braces are practically a stock! Some of them even have length adjustments. You rest the back on your shoulder and achieve great accuracy. For all practical purposes, I (we) should acknowledge that brace fits in for stock. Period. What we are fighting for is only the $200 stamp cost? If we claim that we are law-abiding gun owners, and everytime we buy a gun, there is a background check with the serial number, meaning that it is recorded somewhere, why are we opposing to accept that a pistol with a brace is actually and SBR. It is what it is. What am I missing?

Once again 5th circuit rejects an idea, nothing effectively changes for the average gun owner, it offers only minimal protections for the few actual plaintiffs in the case, and a higher court never flat out rejects these regulations as unconstitutional.
Again, we’re treading water and making no forward progress.
Simple fact, US citizens have a patriotic duty to ignore any and all unconstitutional laws/regulations. Stop asking for permission from the same government that infringed on your rights in the first place. Noncompliance is the way.
SCOTUS is just gonna kick it back down again. They do not want to get involved. Notice how they are all soft when it comes to 2A rights? It should have hit the court, court should have said unconditional law and ended it right there. But nooooo. We're losing
