There is a new LPVO in town from Primary Arms called the SLx 1-10x28mm and it’s incredibly affordable. We take a look at the new Primary Arms LPVO on the Foxtrot Mike FM-15 Gen 2 rifle. The FM-15 is an unconventional rifle design that brings a number of unique offerings to the AR15 market.

  1. Does it come with a rail mount? I’m about to order one today. I will prob also order a picatinny raised rail so I’m not burring my face in my stock. Also ordered a RAPS stock

  2. I just recently received this exact 13.9” FM15 and I haven’t been able to shoot it yet, currently it has a Holosun 510 with magnifier but I’m thinking I want short 1-6, 1-8, or 1-10 power and after watching this video I’m gonna look up this scope. Thank you very much!

  3. I dont understand why they dont offer this with the standard ACSS reticle as well as the Griffin, that said it's probably good enough for me to purchase. I assume this is multi-caliber? The old one actually listed the calibers on the side. Did you test with 308?

  4. I enjoy videos like this very much with new stuff but I enjoy you telling me about it because you explain stuff more directly than quite possibly anybody else on YouTube, excellent job Mac..

  5. I got a 13.9 with pinned and welded keymo muzzle brake. Very accurate for an AR. I wasn't a fan of the proprietary folding mechanism, too much wobble, so I changed it out with a Midwest Industries folding buffer tube, it is solid as a rock now. Unfortunately I had to send the upper back because the pin and weld didn't hold and the brake was loose. Foxtrot Mike sent me a label so it went back. They notified me they were waiting on new brakes and when they come in they will attach it to a new upper. I really like the rifle, working out the bugs but I'm sure when everything is said and done, I will have it for a long time.

  6. Do they make a FFP version, or are they planning on it? I've been considering getting one of their "cheap"(~$450-500) FFP 1-8x scopes for a 14.5" .308 build I'm doing, as I have one of their "cheap" 1-6x optics with the ACSS reticle on my old 16" BCM gun that used to be my HD gun before I got my first can(OSS 5.56k thanks to you) and decided to do a 12.5" build for it.

  7. Glad to see some attention being given the FM-15 from major channels. It seems like everybody is talking about the Jakl and nothing else, even though the FM-15 is DI and seems like a more refined design overall.

I have the 11.5" barrel upper and love it.

  8. I'm tired of all the shameless gear plugs for PA and cheaper qualities why not quality despite price…it's worth it. The thing this generations got to understand is price doesn't always matter, sometimes quality does. I know its a burden…but sometimes the better things are mear months away. Worth waiting.
