Let’s compare three law enforcement approved pistol lights and see which one has the most to offer. We tried to be as objective as possible with our handgun lights in order to let you decide which one was the best.

We compared the basic information from their packaging, as well as the lights performance in comparison to the others up close, at 50 yards, and at 100 yards.

Surefire and Streamlight are the most well known weapon mounted lights, so we wanted to include a competitor to those two that you may not have heard of.

  1. I am impressed with the new holosun pid series. I made a video on my channel comparing a bunch of SL lights via the PID. Spoiler the PID is cheaper and brighter

  2. The TLR-9 is severely underrated. It has the width and the greatly improved buttons of the TLR-7 yet it as strong as a TLR-1. It might look a little long but it is the same size as a Surefire x300 and a lot skinnier which means your holster is a lot skinnier and the overall package is a lot skinnier. Also the batteries come out the front so you don't have to remove the light from the pistol to change the batteries.
