I've seen a lot of scopes that don't have a level turet so always check your action and use a plumb Bob and string to check your cross hairs when mounting the scope

Shooting longer ranges this is a must.
At one time serious target rifles included a bubble level; for instance Creedmore rifles with a little level in back of the front sight, (iron sights); it's always bothered me that so many people don't pay more attention to this.
What's the measurement on the bar stock? Does it matter? Thank you for the video.

Great video, very helpful. When I go back to school, I'll have access to a milling machine and surface grinder so I'll fabricate one of those bars to set on the bolt raceway!
