Choose Your Own Adventure – DISSENT

With all of our DISSENT models coming with the picatinny end plate, you can choose how you’d like to set it up optimally for you.

One option for the shorter barrel lengths it the sling “push/pull” method that Mike shows here.

Keep in mind that all NFA rules still apply to DISSENT options (like the registered SBR shown) if you’re looking to put a brace or stock on anything shorter than a 16″ barrel. Please familiarize yourself with current rules and regulations in your area prior to making a selection to use.

We offer DISSENTs now in multiple barrel lengths, so stocks and braces are allowed on the longer 16″ options without having to go through the ATF hurdles.

  1. The same sling technique works very well on the 9mm Banshee I bought just before "the rule". I've got it tensioned so the sling pulls the buffer tube right to the side of my cheek for an additional point of contact and it works awesome, very accurate for 9mm engagement distances.

  2. Shocked you guys or flux didn’t get the army PDW contract given you guys actually have guns in the mags they already have thousands of with them being so hard pressed to have a modular system

  3. I've tried the "push/pull-sling" method with the CP33 .22lr pistol, & it is indeed more stable than just off-hand shooting (despite the low recoil of .22lr). I'll be happy to try it out on a 9mm/300BO in the future!
