Would this lower be classified as a rifle, considering the SL stock, or would it still be labeled as "other." EDIT : If I were to buy this exact lower and toss an 11.5 upper on it, can I swap out the SL stock for an sb tactical brace to make it a pistol. Or would that be illegal.

Aero Precision is the absolute floor for builds. In particular, the M4E1 line makes building almost too easy.
