you keep using "throw" wrong. I think you are meaning "spill". Small central hotspots are related to throw.
I have the HHV bump and the ehc mount unfortunately doesn't work.
If you needed to use the red light on the sidewinder stalk or the sidewinder compact II to see a raccoon or possum up in a tree at night as you are standing at the base of the tree does the more focused red beam on the compact II make it easier than the more diffused red light on the stalk? If the answer is yes, approximately how far up the tree do you think you would be able to see the animal using the red light on the compact II set to the highest setting? Does it project the red light only 10yds or does it go farther? Maybe to 15-20yds ?

Was any of that just white light? You were talking about special cameras and NV during "White light part of video. Would really like to see outside in dark. Its so I can decide between Side winder and Stalker. Thank you.
