Comparing Streamlight and Surefire weapon lights in 2023
These are by far the 2 most popular weapon mounted lights on the planet. While they have a few differences between them, if you own or are thinking of purchasing either of these, I can guarantee that you’re making not only a good decision but a worthwhile investment in some high quality gear. Do the switches on the x300 ever get easier to use?

My TLR-1 HL has seen ~10k rounds over 7 years of EDC, and aside from honest holster wear is still pristine.
Surprised though at the minimal price differential between the two in SA – I went with the Streamlight ($150) over the Surefire ($300) because I couldn't justify 2x cost… but being more on parity in SA, I'd probably go with the Surefire…..
Got the Streamlight TLR 1 from Belva last week. But it was nearly R5700 when I bought it🥲. Ah well, it's a awesome light. Buy once cry once!
I'm pretty confident Daniels Holsters will also be able to supply a holster that supports the WML. Daniels Holsters are my preference for EDC.
