  1. It's funny actually on the first two rifles on here and I've had them for years never had any issues except for a couple failures to extract when shooting steel cased ammunition when it was 100° outside

  2. I would say ADM is one that people sleep on because newbies don't hear about them as much but they are fuckin outstanding rifles and BCM is the only other one I would run from that list they are great! I love iwi and have a favor and 2 galils but definitely not interested in their ARs!

  3. Maybe I hate trends. While I prefer wood, steel, levers, bolts, carefully placed shots, ammo preservation, and have no aspirations to join a military branch, if I were to build one of these contraptions I'd go simple: 18" barrel, iron sights, minimal cuts/slots/extrusions/appendages. Simple, durable, functional, higher velocity. Don't care to make a rifle into a pistol. Not into tacticool. Not into batteries and bluetooth and onboard computers and gama-ray vision. While the AR platform is highly versatile, I'm also of the opinion that if you change your mindset and tactics, the bolt action "hunting" rifle is also highly versatile, and not constrained to all the limitations of the AR platform.

  4. Maybe it is due to my age, but I know about All of those AR manufacturers. I remember when many Bushmaster employees went to start up Windham Weaponry. I was about to purchase a S&W M&P Sport II AR-15 for $450, to get a friend into AR shooting. I got sick with "the virus" and the price shot up to $650! I bought a Diamondback-15, which I was surprised you didn't bring up? Also, I was looking to purchase a BCM Recce MCMR AR-15, but when I went searching, they were "sold out" everywhere or too pricey, so I heard about Stag (though a "righty") and the Tactical 15 was/is great, imo. I'd only heard of Fulton Armory as a repro co. (till more recently) and ADM, those two were great picks as not well known about, imo. Also, what about Black Rain? Sorry if I seem like a "know it all." I'm not. I probably know about these companies due to age and being 1 of the millions of AR aficionados & owners. I loved your no. 1. Very true!

  5. great content: I would have to agree with those AR's being underrated but you mentioned several that are not underrated the thing about Aero precision is they mainly sell build kits and build parts not actual built AR's and IWI is not underrated just when it comes to AR's consumers want american made AR's and I absolutely agree with the Frankenstein being the most underrated

  6. I have an aero precision m4e1 builder kit and its phenomenal
. I dropped in a hanson barrel, rise trigger, and a scionics bcg and its glorious. Aeros doing big things now introducing their pro series line of complete uppers with cold hammer forged barrels. One of my fave manufacturers.
