It's also worth noting that the mp5 is heavier than the banshee and has a longer bolt travel which contributes to the reduction in recoil.

Great video, especially the high speed! If I may suggest, could you shoot into a USPSA target and show us the groupings? I think both 30 round mag dumps and 4 round bursts would make for good comparisons when looking at full autos. Thanks!

What buffer was used in the Banshee? Try an H3 buffer for better control.
Or better yet, a Geissele Super 43 with an H3.
