Everyone on the internet. handguns with safeties are dumb and should always be loaded.
Rifles unloaded safety on and locked in a safe
My AR isn't my first line of defense! With no kids in the house, I keep others locked and loaded.
What the hell is Reddit?
HELL YES!!!
I don't keep a round in the chamber with my SA rifles but the lever actions I do… but if things keep going the way they are with everything it will be time to "Lock and Load" everything….
Consider the (hopefully unlikely) possibility that a fire can cause a chambered round to discharge.
In which direction is the muzzle pointed while the loaded weapon is in storage?
Reddit is the biggest assembly of idiots that ever existed
The situation where you "need" that first round could developed in less time than it takes to arm yourself and chamber a round.
Check their lawyer’s, cause mine sucked.
Reddit is notoriously full of bad advice.
Well, it's Reddit so…
Why would listen to Reddit or anyone that you do not trust?
I agree with Kevin. Either way, you want to build up muscle memory under stress, so you consistently flick off the safety or chamber a round. Only practice in a safe manner.
<Thanks for all the updates and amazing videos and also thanks for introducing me to your trader regardless of the economic slump, I'm so happy I have been earning $ 70,000 returns from my portfolio income every 16days with her help..
Who the hell gets their firearm information from Reddit??? 🙄
So safety, load, and dummy proof
Pro tip-don’t take firearm advice from the ass cancer of the entire internet
Unless you're in one of these states with these ridiculous lock up laws, it mostly just depends on if you have kids in the house, IMO.
Personally, I child proof my house, so it's not an issue.
Sign as soon as you walk in.
"All children must be left at the door. No exceptions!" 🤣
I mean according to the laws in Denver Colorado if you keep a rifle as a truck gun it can’t be stored in condition 1 it has to be kept condition 3. It’s a dumb rule but that’s the rule.
