CMMG joins the fight against tyrannical ATF!

New Law all law enforcement in the United States will be restricted to 38 special revolvers with 6 round cylinders and 20 GA shotguns with 3 round magazines. The law will no longer intimidate doctors for prescribing medicines to patients. Police will no longer search vehicles without a warrant, nor ask drivers if they have a weapon in their vehicle. SWAT teams will be phased out in 2 years and will no longer raid American homes.

Someday billionaires will buy all of the gun and ammo companies only to close them down. They will also do this for food companies, transportation and medical companies. Evil people rule our world.

Just a point of contention. CMMG ( good on them ) is not the first brand to be a named plaintiff in a lawsuit. For those saying the gun industry doesn't do enough I'd remind them that FRAC and the NSSF are trade organizations completely funded by the industry. On the civilian side, the Second Amendment Foundation, a key player in gun rights litigation, has only 750,000 members in the pro 2A community yet is fighting in courts all over the country. How do they manage? In addition to supporting members they have ongoing financial support from corporate entities. Namely, SIG, Brownell's, Daniel Defense, KAHR, Henry, Silencer Shop, Walther, Dillon to name a few.

ATF has no authority to make any rule that interferes or limits the 2nd amendment.

Cmmg most definitely has my money now to bad for the other hun companys they will lose a lot ….I hope cmmg builds a bigger plant

You know what would be great. Is if all Pistol and AR makers refuse to sell to the ATF. Think about this. Their is a gov agency working OT to put you out of business at the same time buying your product to issue to its agents! All Gov purchases are done via Purchase order, so simply refuse to fill the order. Will not happen of course….

I really wish other manufacturers of pistol braces would do what SB tactical is doing. It would also be nice if gun manufacturers who sell guns with the braces would sue ATF as well.
