This is a topic that should be talked about more often. Many ppl want to be firearms instructors for different reasons. Some for monetary gain or ego. There are many who have a passion for teaching.
It is important to know that teaching a curriculum is much diff than having coaching skills. Some instructors brilliant when it comes to sticking to the script it really struggle when the curve balls come. I’m going to encourage new and experienced to work on your craft. It’s much more than following a lesson plan or slide show.
