Jim takes a quick look at one of Nikon's most affordable rifle scopes - the P-233 3x32mm. It fills a similar role to the fixed-power Trijicon ACOG but for $150, but can it really compete with a military-grade scope? Support Burst Review on Patreon:
American Gun Chic learns about rifle optics. This is a rifle optics review by a beginner for beginners. She does a review on the ACOG scope from Trijicon, the Eotech with a 3x magnifier, an Aimpoint Red Dot scope, an Accupoint from Trijicon. Her Beachin Tactical Slings are what holds…
If you still have this scope I would be really interested in seeling a follow-up video. I've seen a number of videos on the Fakog but not any follow-up videos after using for a year or longer. Great vid man!
I’m going to get one as soon as I can. It’s what I used in the military, obviously used the more expensive back then. I didn’t know there were budget options till I saw your videos.
I want to know what are ALL the differences between this and a trijicon? Any ideas. Looks like it has a plastic body for the cheap one and aluminium for the more expensive.
Awesome test!! I was given a budget ACOG, the more you practice at the range you feel comfortable with, the more efficient you become. I'm still a new shooter be feel comfortable now with 50-100yrds with the budget ACOG.
Spent 12 years in the army infantry, used the trijicon acog many times and i own this “cheaper” one, except mine has the chevron. Zeroed it in one time, 3000+ rounds later it still holds zero.

They are not listed on the site any longer, but they are showing on EBay and they also have a 5X ACOG for hunting.
Could this be mounted on a hunting pistol? What is the eye relief like?
What stock is that? DIG
Can you do a durability test on the acog? The one i used in Afghanistan kept zero under some serious abuse
I’ll never understand why people choose the optic as the one place to start cutting corners on.
What ammo was u using?
Lighter springs would help you,, or anybody, very verry much. Especially when practicing and dialing in optics .

Now issue these $80 acogs to a grunt unit, I guarantee they won't survive. Trijicon ACOGs are expensive but they are worth the money.
Do you happen to have an updated link or the name brand? The link in description no longer works.
Love the fact you work with low budgets even on the range when it comes to shooting <3
You’re awesome
Almost 2 Year Later, Has It Held Up Well?
Can I use it on a 308

That's kill shots all day!
Oh literally going to war right now..
I would put this on my airsoft gun, looks close enough.
I was able to get consistent 1 MOA, groups out of a real TA31 and 77gr OTM from a 14.5" LMT.
Anyone else just distracted by the lil spider by his magwell?
