The NEW EOTech OGL: On-Gun-Laser

Last year EOTech started offering their own line of night vision and thermal imaging devices, and this year they are introducing their first ever Laser Aiming Module: the OGL or “On-Gun-Laser.” The OGL is a relatively compact and lightweight multifunction aiming laser, with a VCSEL infrared illuminator, and coaligned IR laser designator and visible laser.

  1. Oh good , a company specifically Making things for our tax dollars ! Gotta have that uncle sugar budget that LEO fed and states get. Ridiculous prices for an absurd product that doesn't technologically match that price. But hey , theres a sucker out there

  2. Going after the ATPIAL with a product that seems to take up just as much of a footprint despite the sales pitch, is only half an ounce lighter than the ATPIAL and is $600 more than the ATPIAL. Neat. It's a bold strategy, Cotton.

  3. Let's be honest. There is absolutely no reason any laser for a rifle or pistol should cost more than $800, infrared or not. That's all just huge profits that they are pocketing off the suckers who buy this stuff. And from what I understand, $2000 is considered cheap for one of these, absolutely insane.
