The fact we keep letting the ATF do shit shows no one cares about their freedoms and before you say "why don't you do something" I'm not getting shit for y'all to do nothing we all need to pop off and take our country back

Question: REGARDING OFFICIALS WHO MAKE IT HARD TO QUALIFY FOR A CARRY PERMIT (or any of our other gun rights): Now that the court has made clear that there must be some way for the average guy to carry, isn't it possible to file a law suit against the official (i.e.; sheriff or police chief or even governors and legislators whom deny rights) as an individual, for violation of civil rights under color of authority. My understanding is that they would have NO qualified immunity since the court has made clear its position and the official should know it is a violation of civil rights.
My thinking: If officials feal they PERSONALLY have something to lose they will stop "testing" the courts at our expense????? WHY AREN’T WE GOING AFTER THEM AS AGRESSIVELY AS THEY GO AFTER US? SOMEONE, PLEASE SUE THE OFFICIALS, THE COPS, THE LEGISLATORS, THE GOVERNOR – PERSONALLY!!!
This country and the entire planet is a prison run by criminals.
So I have 2 pistols that came from the manufacturer with pistol braces on them, so I guess I will have to modify them from stock configuration to accommodate the ATFs new ruling if passed ?
Seems like just another infringement like all the others and the constitution means nothing.

Every "rule" generated by the ATF should be challenged on the basis of Article I, Section 1 of the COTUS. Lawmaking power is given exclusively to the US Congress, not the executive branch.

Rules aren't laws and the ATF doesn't make laws so I don't care what they say.
Part of being a responsible gun owner is knowing all gun laws are unconstitutional.
Huge News: ATF does not want people to have guns.
I am pro 2A, but I would be fine with getting rid of AR/AK pistols. They are so easy to conceal in a backpack or use in a drive by and cause major damage. BUT…..if the Dems banned them they wouldn’t stop there, they would go for more until all we had was red rider BB guns…….so F em
