Hey everyone!! This is one of those malfunctions that you won’t see coming!! I’ve seen it a couple of times on the range and it can be devastating to your time in a match. All ammo used in the video were dummy rounds and intentionally loaded for training without powder or primers. Be safe out there!!

I had a round get stuck backwards above the bolt with the tip wedged in between the frame and the bolt. It was so hard to get out I used pliers.
Thank you so much for this video
Thank you sir!!, stay calm no need to panic. Keep on building confidence !!!
Thanks Jerry, good to know.
love it, no live ammo standing in front of a wall of ammo
I noticed when I added the super 42 to my m&p sport 2 I can no longer fire 223 rounds, they get stuck every time.
In the military this was a funny one. Watching people clear it wrong before fixing it myself. I was a SGT so I didn't bust balls for it but I could typically use the charging handle to pull the bolt carrier back as far as possible then use my finger to hold it and push the charging handle into its locked position. Round would drop lose.
My problem is when I'm just function checking my M16a2 the dummy rounds I'm using is locking the bolt in the breach and I'm having to mortar it to get the round to eject so my guess is a $h!ty magazine but any other pointers would be appreciated and thanks in advance
Mine is so bad i couldn’t move the bolt at all. Mine was catastrophic because it’s way up in there tight, literally dented the casing in the initial jam. Mine has literally rendered my AR dead until further notice
This just happened to me! All my time overseas I’ve never seen a death jam. It’s nearly impossible to remove that’s why I’m here, I have ideas but interested in yours
I PREFER HAND GUNS THEN BIG GUNS
Niiice… love the older fellas always sooo much wiser then young ego trippin guys. Thanx man… I’d love to compete against this guy in a shooting match… I’ve always been an amazing shot. Even the very first time pulling the trigger. One shot one kill a target 60 yards away about a ft wide dead center. No optics necessary 🎉
Lock the bolt back and return charging handle to closed then shake! Simple fix, if that doesn't work then get bigger hammer(lol)
Goddam' fastest controlled shooting I've seen.. you're very skilled
in those boxes are dead
bad people calling cards
A Big Thank you Mr. Jerry Miculek. I purchased a "Sight Mark" 223/556 Accudot Laser Boresight to zero my weapon and it jammed the bolt. Using a flat head screwdriver I was able to remove the laser round. Thank you Sir. Have a Good Night, I know I will.
I've never had it happen, but it's good to know. I'm largely a benchrest and a marksman shooter.
Thank you for showing me this! I have never seen this before but now I know what to do if it ever happens!
I love this guy. Reminds me of my dad……. Real expert 💪🏼🇺🇲
Hey Jer… a 50 round box of 40 S&W pretty please? 😉
Every time I’ve induced this malfunction I can just lock the bolt back push the charging handle forward and the casing falls out.
OUTSTANDING
I’ll tell you what if this happens to you in combat you might well just kiss your ass goodbye cause you’re about as screwed as screwed gets.
Had to watch .25
