I 3D Printed a fully functional AR-15 rifle, including the upper receiver, lower receiver, handguard, buffer tube and more!

This little weasel is going to get 3D printers banned ffs, all for views too. Pathetic vermin this guy is
Designed by Apple looking AR
Nice job!
So where do we buy on!?
Looks like the ejection port should be a mite longer i think that’s the prob. I say that because your wall thickness is greater than a normal ar upper, so the ejector is turning the casing at it flips it out, but has to turn it at a more severe angle by the time it reaches the backend of your ejection port because of the greater wall thickness. So in order to compensate for that make the ejection port about 1/4 inch longer
Will it be available for the holidays? 🤔
The aesthetic of this rifle reminds me of the kind seen on South Africa's bullpup rifles
the ATF would like to know your location
Try a Super 42 buffer spring to slow the bcg down.
I feel like I've seen this in the future… this is going to be a NATO standard issue weapon someday. Rebel groups around the world will overthrow authoritarian dictatorships using this weapon. It's just a more perfect version of the M-16 that can literally be assembled on the battlefield.
Try by adding a slight downward angle on your deflector see if that pushes the casing in a downward trajectory
Класс! теперь напечатай болтер космодесантника!
"I 3D Printed an AR-15"
Don't mind all the internals from a normal AR15…
I'll be surprised when 3d printers actually print a full weapon (all of its components and body) not a shell to hold the components from the real gun!
See it should be flying the cartridges straight out to the side not backwards and not forward straight to the side it's properly gassed. Palmetto State armory
Knows what they're doing like my DPMS
The rifle is over gas 🧐 play with the gas and buffer weight.
He could have been like the kid with the eyepatch and the hard on from Smokin’ Aces, Im glad he’s putting all that energy into a good cause.

DUDE UR AN GENIUS!!!
To my uncalibrated eye, your bcg is moving too quickly. Is that a carbine length gas system? Maybe add some mass to the buffer?
Wow, and i feel tough with my air-rifle…. me like your video!
I just got a 3d printer and haven't gotten much of it figured out yet, but when I do I am 100% doing this print. I need an AR but I don't have the money to try and get a full 500+ one.
At least it’s something different than a regular AR.
Ejecting could be under-gassing, or the round catching on that weird grove between the ejection port and the casing deflector.
plastic just isnt as ridgid as metal and the kenetic energy from the brass is being absorbed more when it hits the deflector than it would with a typical upper. id sugggets doing away with the deflector and see if the brass will just roll backwards away from the rifle instead of bouncing forwards
The AR15 the space force will use
Twist and lock instead of hose clamps. Awesome design and innovation dude.
That's such a clean design
I can see some things I'd change but the overall look I am inlove with
Ayo, it's the XM8 if it was a success.
Adjusting the gas may help
ATF wants to know your location…
Basicly all the gun is from metal, only the case is PLA. kkkk
upper slit at 11:23 this wouldn't last long . watch at slowest speed .
The pace of development of 3D printed firearms is amazing. It is something that normal people can really get into and start making design contributions and blazing a new trail.
STL file? 🤔🤣😅
couldn't you like, make little channels for the clamps? maybe a little housing to capture the adjustment screw?
It's your extractors . Not the bolt carrier. A lot of low manufacture parts. Check for carbon and brass shards.
"Fuck you"
un-bullpups your Vektor
Seriously though, good job.
Looks like it belongs in infinite warfare
It’s a
G-g-g-g-ghost gun!!!!
How are you doing with the resin 3d prints
It could be the ammo that you are uses. Worth a shot to change up and see.
Make a 7° angle downwards and 3 mm longer opening
this is futuristic, now spend the next few months doing stress test, i have a feeling a military firm will buy it… mine would!
Have you tried pets? Or abs?
boaster looking different here
Would a short stroke piston arrangement help since you don’t have to deal with hot gases affecting any of the plastic parts?
Brass being ejected to far forward usually means over gassed/timing issue might want to put a heavy buffer and or spring to counter the increased gas or change barrel and or gas system length to change the dwell time
You're doing God's work, young man.
I hope you go to a school like Caltech, MIT, etc. You are too smart to be a farmer.
you could 3d print some teeth bracelets
