  1. Looks like the ejection port should be a mite longer i think that’s the prob. I say that because your wall thickness is greater than a normal ar upper, so the ejector is turning the casing at it flips it out, but has to turn it at a more severe angle by the time it reaches the backend of your ejection port because of the greater wall thickness. So in order to compensate for that make the ejection port about 1/4 inch longer

  2. I feel like I've seen this in the future… this is going to be a NATO standard issue weapon someday. Rebel groups around the world will overthrow authoritarian dictatorships using this weapon. It's just a more perfect version of the M-16 that can literally be assembled on the battlefield.

Don't mind all the internals from a normal AR15…
I'll be surprised when 3d printers actually print a full weapon (all of its components and body) not a shell to hold the components from the real gun!

  4. See it should be flying the cartridges straight out to the side not backwards and not forward straight to the side it's properly gassed. Palmetto State armory
Knows what they're doing like my DPMS

  5. plastic just isnt as ridgid as metal and the kenetic energy from the brass is being absorbed more when it hits the deflector than it would with a typical upper. id sugggets doing away with the deflector and see if the brass will just roll backwards away from the rifle instead of bouncing forwards

  6. The pace of development of 3D printed firearms is amazing. It is something that normal people can really get into and start making design contributions and blazing a new trail.

  7. Brass being ejected to far forward usually means over gassed/timing issue might want to put a heavy buffer and or spring to counter the increased gas or change barrel and or gas system length to change the dwell time
