I really like my Banshee, but I have a manufacturing issue with it. I've sent you guys 5 emails over the past 2 weeks, and none have been answered. For a company selling weapons of this high of quality and cost… you really need a hotline for customers that need repair. I'm really starting to regret my purchase. I sincerely hope that the right people see this and reach out.
