Who is Ron Spomer
For 44 years I’ve had the good fortune to photograph and write about my passion – the outdoor life. Wild creatures and wild places have always stirred me – from the first flushing pheasant that frightened me out of my socks in grandpa’s cornfield to the last whitetail that dismissed me with a wag of its tail. In my attempts to connect with this natural wonder, to become an integral part of our ecosystem and capture a bit of its mystery, I’ve photographed, hiked, hunted, birded, and fished across much of this planet. I’ve seen the beauty that everyone should see, survived adventures that everyone should experience. I may not have climbed the highest mountains, canoed the wildest rivers, caught the largest fish or shot the biggest bucks, but I’ve tried. Perhaps you have, too. And that’s the essential thing. Being out there, an active participant in our outdoor world.

  1. Range Sgt would say, it may work but you didn't learn anything. Can't always win trying to cheat the system. 🤣. Now push until I'm tired 😩 🤣. Unless you can tell me your adjustments.

  2. Dude buy a scope if that's a hundred yards and that's what it looks like? look in to Element scopes get a Nexus $1500 bucks best scope you could ever buy for that price like a $3,000 scope continue dime-sized group at 225 yards with a 25 Cal air rifle I know my scopes

  3. Take time bor sight first. Bullseye less than 3rounds..25yds. Then 250 should be good again. Two ways 25yds on the up climb. 250 on the downside. I know.
But u get the idea. My 300 mag. About 4200 feet sec. 180 boat tail .. 1mile easy. Donkeys in the desert. Gets there right now.. I make sure at 25yrds bulleit hole
Put next round in same hole. If u find u can't find out why.

Fancy rifle won't be the first one I've won.

  4. Not bad at all, if you have a dead rest and a good trigger pull. Just opposite of what grandpa and Dad taught. 1/4 inch a click at 100 yards. I like to be 2 inches high at 100 yd.cuz the deer and elk are never that close
