Personally I don't see any diffrence from iron sight. Better in low light I guess but some glow pain does that aswell.
It actually is better for IRL CQB, because of the circle and dot being easier to put on target in a hurry, while a red dot is better at 'precision' shots at a distance.
Half the kills are without using the eotech
