One more reason to always buy lower receivers separate from upper receivers. When you buy or send for repair your lower receiver how will they know what length the barrel is? If you buy or sent for repair an upper receiver how will anyone know what kind of brace or stock you have on the lower receiver?

So before you hand your AR pistol over to an FFL, remove the brace and any other items that may make it pass their stupid four point test. Your pistol permit now covers possession. And for goodness sake, why would you give your ghost gun to anyone?! Fix it yourself.

These Agencies like the ATF, Police Forces, Invested State agencies, politicaly agendists and the many 'out of country" constituants who support these detrimental and criminal politicians Have mannaged to complicate our laws and requirements to the point of making our civil rights practicaly non existant.
At a MINIMUM if they could possibly ruin the lives of people over this then they owe them amnesty for the ones already in the system.
At this point I don't think gun owners care about what this administration wants them to do.
If you have an AR pistol that needs work done on it, take the bracer off before you take it to the shop. Take off your backup sights, foregrip and anything else that would act as a sandpaper dildo in the ATF's lunchbox.
So with these new "rules" if i have a weapon that might fall into this new 4 point scale and I need work done on it is it lawful just to bring the part of it that needs work? Ie just the upper or just the lower. I'm not necessarily looking for loopholes, just curious if that would be lawful.
As a member of local law enforcement, I couldn't care less if people have AR pistols as long as they aren't committing crimes with them. I'm not required to assist the BATFE as I am not a federal agent and cannot enforce federal law. The FLEAs (Federal Law Enforcement Agents) are on their own.
What is a pistol brace gonna do to the gun there’s absolutely nothing It’s just a gun attachment that does not do any harm to anyone why are they targeting a pistol brace makes no sense it’s the same shit as a stock
The reason why A.R. 15 semi automatic rifles are being banned in America. I really hope it does. because people are very clever today. you can easily 3-D print a modified electronic trigger system assembly and install 9 V battery to it to make it 3 shot burst full auto, Rapidfire response just by pushing a button on the trigger guard. that’s the reason why politicians not just Democrats want to ban guns a lot of these Political narcissistic psychotic killers modify custom trigger assemblies to mass murder people  and get the most amount of kills anybody can build it. The trigger assemblies then come from airsoft guns that are electronic trigger battery operated Motor shooting pellets that have modified Electric triggers. You can buy at Walmart for less than $20 and modify it for an A.R. 15 assault rifle. 
I'm assuming yes, but will this affect the 'Other fireman' classification?
