I broke out the old M&P Sport to test the 22LR Conversion Kit.
RESULTS – It functioned GREAT!!!! The accuracy is better than I expected.

Be good enough for Steel shooting and was much better than i expected for a faster twist barrel. You might actually have better luck with 45 grain suppressor ammo, like Federal and CCI Suppressor .22lr, That's been something ive been curious about as well. And Aguila makes that 60 grain Sniper Subsonic which should theoretically work very well in a 1/7-1/10 twist barrel. But being only 950fps, that cartridge may have trouble cycling a semi auto.
Not great shooting for 25 yds
I was going to just get the CMMG 22 conversion kit but for not much more, you can get a complete upper to convert an AR. Decided I'm going to go that route.
