Crucial to the system is the Leatherman standard wave/charge nylon sheath which allows these two items to be carried together in a super-compact package.

Just came across this video- I've used this combo for years, only very recently lost my streamlight and switched to an Olight AAA flash with simple low/high mode that I'm really liking

I carry the same set up. Put the holster on my belt horizontally and slide the streamlight up through the bottom of the sleeve. That way I have hands free light everywhere I go.
I keep my micro on the side just like you and i keep 2 spare AAA batteries on the other side perfect fit!
Hi, the flashlight I use in the sheath is the Fenix LD01 It can be used with the normal 1.5V AAA battery, 1.2V rechargeble and with the 3.7V 10440 battery. It works great for an EDC combination. Nice review!

I keep a Space-pen on one side of my leatherman. Pairs perfectly with the sheath.
