  1. that one that you have is also like a compensator but if you change the muzzle brake you should add a jamnut so you can tune the muzzle brake cause it might be different amount of threading that when you tighten the brake down it would be tuned differently and can give you crazy muzzle rise compared to when you tune it with the jamnut until the point where it also acts like a compensator. but there’s also the extra holes around the muzzle brake and that’s where it’s gonna release the gas and push your barrel down instead of up or side and one depending on the muzzle brake you got you have there’s one side of the big holes that release more gas which is where you would need to balance it

  2. I actually just picked up a stripped lower today so I can build my first 556 AR pistol myself. Super excited and intend to order from PSA. If it goes well, I'll do one in 9mm too
