  1. You can legally go from a "other" receiver to a pistol build and to a rifle but once it's a rifle "LEGALLY" it always has to be a rifle but if you make it a pistol you can go to a rifle then its a one time one way switch, "PISTOL TO RIFLE" " NOT RIFLE TO PISTOL" LEGALLY! As you said buying a whole gun is really sticking you to whatever it was bought as, no switches and parts going back and forth unless you do not use the receiver.. also if you buy other as long as you don't SBR it , honestly how would anyone know what you built, only way would be to make you decide at transfer. Or after a build like SBR. But let's leave that alone.

  2. I was wondering if you could swap a complete lower that came with a rifle stock to an SBA3 brace and make a pistol build out of it? Any feedback would be appreciated. I live in a free state BTW.

  3. Just know if your from Connecticut they are currently trying to ban others,some rim fire 22s and pass laws that a cop can ask for your permit for no reason at all.

  4. Okay listen, I’ve been learning a lot about this whole AR15 Pistol to AR15 Rifle, if it’s registered as a rifle etc etc.
    Now I heard you say the LOP [Length of Pull] shouldn’t exceed 13.5 inches, but with the folding stock it exceeds that. Instead of cutting the buffer tube, why not permanently shut off one of the buffer holes? There are I think 5? Holes on the buffer tube for the pin to sit in to lock the brace In place. So why not fill it with cement or like car puddy. You know something permanent. Wouldn’t that work? Because when someone does a LOP test it won’t lock in 4th or 5th position anymore. Since it’s now obstructed by something.

  5. No back door gun control act Bill!!!!!!!

    February 23, 2022 Press Release
    WASHINGTON—On Tuesday, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21), alongside more than twenty colleagues, introduced the No Backdoor Gun Control Act. This legislation would remove “Any Other Weapon” (AOW) from the definition of a firearm under the National Firearms Act (NFA), ensuring that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) could not use the AOW section to violate Americans' Second Amendment rights. This is especially important should legislation that removes short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns (SBRs, SBSs) from the NFA be enacted. Closing this loophole is an important step forward in reining in the ATF.

  6. The ATF needs to quit taking away law abiding citizens rites and start throwing the book at law breakers that comment crimes.
    Dont take away our rites that makes no sense.

  7. What is legal according to the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, is that regulation of Arms is illegal and is a infringement. Thereby the ATF are illegally infringing Arms RIGHTS of citizens. The 2nd Amendment of The United States of America;
    “A well regulated militia being necessary for the security of a free state; the RIGHT of the people to Keep and Bear Arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”. (Infringed = Regulated)

  8. 11:59 you asked the question to yourself that I was hoping you would answer: When you put a law folding adapter on the "firearm," how do you then measure Overall Length? Do you measure with it folded or simply to the end of the buffer tube with law tactical folder open/extended?

  9. If you came for LOP see @5:15. LOP should be less than 13.5” per this video.
    For OAL see @8:26.
    I believe for measuring OAL you should NOT include any removable muzzle device in your measurement, which he does not touch on in this video.

  10. That's not a verticle grip. By the ATF definition, a verticle grip constitutes as a grip being attached to the forend of the firearm and sits 90% perpendicular to the barrel. That BCM grip is about 85%, so therefore it's an angled grip

  11. Length of pull is the distance from the trigger to the end of the butt stock, where the shooter shoulders the weapon. The AR pistol technically doesn’t have a length of pull. Just another misinterpretation by the ATF. Like everything else ATF says, all it needs is a challenge in court. Meanwhile, the ATF will continue to kidnap and falsely imprison law abiding citizens because they don’t obey made up terms.
