Enjoy it while you can. The democrat nazi's in DC have managed to re-define "ar pistol". I believe it's July 1st, they will no longer be legal unless your gun scores 4pts or less on the new ATF 4999 form. Otherwise, it's reclassified as a SBR. You will have to give up your pistol to an FFL, fill out the form 4, pay the ATF $200, pay whatever fees your FFL charges, and wait for ATF approval. If approved, you get your gun back. If not, it gets confiscated. This is not the only thing the demo-nazis are doing. As we speak, an entire gun control package being discussed in the new Omnibus in congress.
No one needs this type of a weapon but a criminal or a school shooter.

Mag aint a mag, those gen2's bulge when loading if the rounds don't stagger just right, the gen3 is perfect and how it should be.

id just recommend moving the optic back onto the receiver not the handguard, even though its not like an ultra precision setup, still helps!
