Salvador Ramos, the suspect in the Texas elementary school shooting, after turning 18 on May 16, legally purchased two rifles and carried out the second-worst school shooting in U.S. history within the span of eight days, according to multiple law enforcement officials.
The suspect purchased two AR-15-style rifles on May 22, two days before the massacre and six days after his birthday, multiple law enforcement officials told ABC News. They were legal purchases.
At least 19 children and two teachers were killed at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, about 90 minutes west of San Antonio, authorities said. Ramos, a student at Uvalde High School, is also dead.
Once the shooter made entry into a classroom he barricaded himself and allegedly opened fire, killing 18 students, who were mainly third- and fourth-graders, as well as one teacher, sources said.

My idea is the shooter was bullied (for being transgender, wearing girl clothes, etc) by the guy (and that guy’s friends) who in an interview said his sister went to the elementary school. Another guy said the shooter was bullied by those guys.

There are many rifles that can take a magazine with five, ten or thirty rounds and are all semi-automatic, that is, can shoot as quickly as the trigger is pulled. There is also the question why does anybody need an AR15? In Alaska, the AR is a preferred rifle for hunting because of its accuracy, capacity, and cost of ammo. Using terms like 'assault' and 'war weapon' and 'weapon of mass destruction' is a misnomer to excite anger and unwarranted anti AR15 bans. If the case is to eliminate the AR then eliminate every gun that shoots more than one consecutive round; six shooters, all semi-auto handguns, all carbines, all pump shotguns, in essence, every gun other than a single shot musket or single shot bird gun. Banning the AR will not stop the mass killing of sickened individuals. In England knives kill more people, per capita, than guns in America according to statistics. Further encroachment is against the law. Its simple. Men are the punching bag of society. We are taunted, ashamed, demonized and mocked. In a time where we have immense support for women, there is none for men, especially young men who are going through depression and crisis. People ignore us and it takes tragedy like these to shake them up but I am guessing this will have the opposite reaction, more mocking, demonizing, every man will be looked at like he is a mass shooting waiting for happen. I feel dreadful living in today's world as a man and feel nothing but sorry for boys like him who just need attention and all they get is abuse and they end up being pushed to a point where they end up doing something like this.
