  1. Remember a few yrs ago the congress woman that sawed off an AR-15 on video and was not charged…….because she was an anti-gunner…….same for NBC, there won't be any charges

  2. … now hold on sports fans, this isn't the first time that the NBC Nightly News violated firearms laws. Way back in the mid to late 90's, the host of the news, reporting from the Nation's capital, one night had shown for all of America to see the utter shock and horror of a 30 round banana clip for an AR 15 Assault Rifle! The host ( his name escapes me now ) had the said magazine in the studio, had the camera zoom in to show the pure evil of this deadly instrument, and stated on the air that NBC had obtained this clip to let citizens know what will kill every man, woman and child in this country. After this was aired, many people , including the famous paper tiger, the NRA, contacted the Chief of Police for the District of Columbia asking if they are going to the host of NBC Nightly News on the violation of the High Capacity magazine ban that D.C. had on the books! The Chief just shrugged his shoulders and said no law was violated, they are journalists and can do whatever they want …

  3. @ 5:04 "Who do we get to investigate?" Who needs an investigation? Police do NOT need a warrant to arrest when there is reasonable suspicion that a crime has occurred. Based upon the public revelation of what they did brings it well above a reasonable suspicion that multiple crimes took place. I think some of Blue troops in the trenches should just go and do a timed synchronous mass arrest of the public officials and the news media. Let the media and DOJ ignore that. If there are any still free citizens in Pennsylvania, have them record the whole series of arrests. Hell, if it crossed state lines we could get the ICC involved! If it went through the mail, the USPS. Dang! You could start a 'rat fight' where everybody is trying to outdo everybody else in arresting, charging, indicting and convicting higher ups.

  4. The media-just like police departments, are legally required to abide by federal firearms law, but no one will enforce it. There are TONS of cops running around with SBRs and SBSs illegally, because-who's going to enforce the enforcers? How many swat guys are running around with flashbangs (DDs) off duty because they are on call? Tons! This will be no different.
