I’ve run thousands of rounds through this now and you can see how it works clean and when it gets dirty. I’ve found certain ammo works better and I can recommend this to everyone. Just clean it and your AR frequently.

Keep it clean and use CCI ammo. Works best with Gen 3 Black Dog Machines mags. The mags that come with the kit are too lose in the magwell.
Just got mine out of the closet for the first time in 3 years. Never shot it because 5.56 was so cheap. Also (and this the Lord), couldn't find .22lr anywhere, stopped by local grocery store and they had 1 550ct box of Rem Golden 36gr H/P, 1280fps ($39) and 3 boxes of CCI Standard Velocity 40gr 1070fps ($11 per box 100). They were dusty, and the Lady Manager had no idea what they are worth NOW. All set for the next range trip.
This is why you should run an LPVO with exposed turrets – Dope offsets.
Zero at 100 yards with 556. (+1 for steel case 223).
Dial:
– +4 for 50/200 yard zero
– +8 for 25/300 yard zero
– +10 for 400-600 yard zero
– +12 for 22lr conversion
What's the optic your running?
So looking at the conversion in the first few seconds of your video. Did the conversion for 22lr break?. Looks like it to me at the 6 second mark of the video
My man!! I love my cmmg kit. That's what my daughter and son love shooting. Much respect. Keep up the good work 👏 👍 keep it clean like you said
great stuff! – this made me interested in getting one of these kits. It would be great to train with .22lr rather than having a .50 cent pull with 5.56. Keep up the great content!
I had the same problem with Federal 36 grain.
