Where can i find the american flag rail cover that is in the intro?
AWESOME!!
EXPLANATIONS!!
The lwrc bolt does not vent gas upwards that's just the hole needed to drill a port for the gas to go down into the carrier if there was a hole shooting gas upwards it wouldn't run
Just curious, what rifle is the little model between the shotgun & bolt rifle barrels that’s about 11 o’clock to Clint’s head?
If you end up making the enhanced bcg video for suppressed shooting you should throw in the CMC/San-Tan enhanced bcg and the bootleg adjustable bcg for comparison too. I have a lmt enhanced bcg, CMC and bootleg adjustable I’d be very interested to see someone else’s opinion on them
Will the AR-15 BCG work with the binary trigger or the WOT?
No lmt ebcg or kac?
Self lubricating?! Ha it’s not your average clam … 🤣
I’m running a Bootleg Adjustable BCG with a SilencerCo Hybrid Suppressor on a 10.5” barrel (SBR) and it’s working very well at keeping the gases down for me.
Also, what’s up with the GI Joe action figure sniper rifle on wall???
Does 'High Pressure Test' mean the same as 'Proof Tested', firing a very high-pressure proof round?
ALSO, a video discussing durability of the various components would also be very interesting.
I need an AR-15. I don’t currently own one 😢😭
Clint, what do you think about roller cam pins? It seems like they would be much improved over the Squarish factory cam. Wouldn't a roller cam allow much smoother operation.
Excellent video as always. I'd like to see you make a few films on comparison with any of LMT's ARs
Faxon makes a great BGC. It's made from 9310 tool steel and the extractor is S7. The bolt lugs have a 45° chamfer and it's MPI. The nitride finish is the best I've seen. I've got 11k rounds on one with no issues at all. I'm starting to wonder when I'll need to replace the extractor spring.
Definitely would like to see your updated video on BCGs
I learned something new. Some of the coatings I was not familiar with and one of the types of steel. Keep it coming.
Been considering another ar15 to put next to the DD and Pws, been looking at the Geissele super duty or a Lwrc DI flavor.
Hard chrome and NiB are easier to clean, because they have a much finer surface at the molecular level, and are harder. Carbon doesn't stick well to them.
What’s the firearm. 1 up from the bottom left
Dude doesnt have a clue what MPI is 😂😂😂
Is that a CRKT I spot there Clint?
Chrome.
Kryptonite is the best BCG material
Lantac E-bcg hands down my favorite have it in two builds and love it in both never a hiccup due to the bcg
I’m not that lucky, so I’m buying my own Geissele Super Duty Rifle. Not as green, but DDC and OD Green. Like seeing how Clint has it decked out. Giving me good ideas. I’m really interested in seeing how nice this trigger is.
BCM and LWRC BCGs are the top tier
You also need the full auto bolt carrier to interface with a binary trigger mechanism. I always go with a full auto carrier even in my semi-only ARs, then I'm free to mix and match uppers with lowers with or without binary. No harm in having it in a semi only, so why not 😁
Please yes absolutely you should do a Optimize for a suppressor episode.
I think you should research the coatings you’re kind of passing on. There are plenty of studies about lubricity of different coatings as well as durability. Were you poked in the soft spot as a baby?
This man talked about BCGs for 18 minutes and didn’t mention KAC once. How do you mention Geissele, but not KAC? 😐
Clint and Classic Firearms know everything about guns and what customers want. Please Classic Firearms start producing your own firearms. All the connections and relationships are in place. Sincerely, Kevin Patrick. I love you guys and girls.
If i change bcg do i need to get the head space checked?
I have a lightweight bcg in my binary trigger gun.
Which is better phosphate BCG or nitride BCG?
Sharps NP3 Reliabolt with a ToolCraft Nickel Boron Extractor in a ToolCraft Nickel Boron BCG. As many others say with a similar combo, runs like butter and pretty easy to wipe and scrape off carbon with minimal lube needed. To make her run even smoother, it runs with a JP SCS.
Toolcraft nibo bcg is about as good as they get – especially since toolcraft does oem manufacturing for a majority of the higher end brands of AR manufacturers
Good Luck.
Very informative video, good job done CLINT,GOD BLESS.
You didn't cover lightweight BCG's.
Favorite BCG, One that I win from @Classic Firearms
Great video
Can you cover in a video about CCW insurances and if they are needed and what to look for in them?
Light-weight BCGs:Better on short barrels?
I have BCM and Cryptic Coatings Mystic Black Steel Both good.
I love my Nickel Boron Rise Armament BCG for its Lubricity(slickness) and ease of maintenance. It is the smoothest cycling BCG I’ve owned so far. That’s comparing it to my DLC BCG and Nitride finished BCG’s I have in other rifles. For me, the upgraded finishes means less brushing and wiping compared to traditional phosphate finish. Thanks for info Clint!
Both NiB and Titanium Nitride finish’s have that slippery or self lubing feeling
