  1. Yes Leupold owns Redfield and Leupolds are made in Oregon but so is the Redfield Revolution. The Revolution is the only Redfield scope made in the USA. Those of you who have Redfields made in the Phillipines have a different Redfield scope.

  2. Today that same Scope is about $257.00 & It includes a set of Butler Creek Scope Caps,? which is Cool,? For that price.? Getting one for my new Rem 223 Rifle Soon.?

  3. great vid!  I have the exact scope as you have in the vid.  Shot my first bull moose with it up here in eastern Canada with it last fall.  was early in the morning and it brought the light in nice bright in clear.  excellent scope great price and a lifetime warranty.  best bang for the buck you cant go wrong.

  4. The really good eye relief is really appealing to me about this scope. I have a bubbarised Enfield No4 Mk1* rebarreled to 25-303, and it came with a really sweet little Weaver K4 scope on it (excellent glass). Problem is, because of the retarded Hilver mount and rings on it, I need something with really long eye relief, which the Weaver doesn't have unfortunately. I don't expect the Redfield's glass to be as good quality, but it should do the trick. The extra magnification will be welcome when I want smoke rabbits at extended ranges too 😀

  5. nice video.. i had the same scope on my CZ-550 a year ago.. it was the accu range reticle model.. i liked the clarity on the optics but it was no way near the glass quality of a leopold or nikon. better than bushnells though. the best thing about it is if you use it in dusk or dawn,, it gives you almost mid-day lighting. cons are. i didnt like the turrets.. finding your zero after adjusting elevation can be a pain. and it didnt come with lens covers..im running a nikon monarch 6-24×50 SF now.:)
