That's a really cool looking setup! I'm thinking of building one myself and looking into incognito case options. I'm thinking either the 3800 or 4800 apache hardshell case that harbor freight sells could work well. If you still have the pistol handy would you mind checking and posting what the overall height and length dimensions are as configured with the red dot?

It would be much better looking if it didn't have the forward assist & the dust cover! I have the S&W M&P 15-22 pistol and I've been thinking about cutting the buffer tube off, taking the red dot off and using it just as a pistol. It doesn't have the forward assist or the dust cover. It would be super light. I found a 50 round drum magazine that Black Dog Machine makes for it. I should've bought it yesterday or over the weekend! Now it's out of stock!! You snooze you lose!

The .22lr videos that have come out lately have been timely and relevant.
You can buy a 3d printer and the barrel, bolt, and lpk, and build this yourself for less than this. With around 600 bucks left over and a 3d printer.
