The AR15 has been available since 1963 so their reason of updating the receiver definition is BS. Also pistol braces have been legal WITH ATF Approval letters for a decade Now all of a sudden they are a problem? BATFE is there to enforce Law as written and passed by Congress NOT whatever the hell they feel at the moment. They don't have to like it and if change is wanted they have to go through Congress and if the votes aren't there Too Bad. This is sick that they just change a words meaning or change written law and give so called guidelines that really just gives them power to do whatever they want. Even if new guidelines are met they can still over rule even that. We can't let this stand but how do we fight such a corrupt institution? Those that will fight are dispersed too far across US and by the time enough are ready to fight it will be too late

ATF intent? Disarm and criminalize every law abiding gun owning citizen there is in existence even if you own a pellet rifle. Congress ( democrats under Biden word) just gave the ATF a bunch of money last year to enforce this new rule which isn’t a law. Texas must pass a state law to suppress this unlawful act by the ATF and not allow any state officer or politician to follow or help the ATF carry out any unlawful activities in the state of Texas
