EDIT: ***SP9A3G is Delayed-Roller Blowback and the MSRP of the model in the video is $1,349.99***

Here is a quick look at the features and specifications of the Banshee and Stribog. We had a ton of questions about the new Stribog SP9A3G which has a Glock magwell, and if it handled defensive ammo. Well, after we concluded that test we saw our Banshee eagerly awaiting a defensive mag dump, so we had no choice but to bring it along. What we concluded is that both have features we wish the other had, and both are perfectly suited for their designated role. Make sure to comment if you have any comments or suggestions!

  1. Purchased my banshee Oct.27th 2021 Had it delivered to my local gun range. Recieved it less than a week later. Was super excited to grab a lane & sling some lead down range. Couldn't get past 3 to 5 rds through a magazine. After testing it with my other original glock mags ( 10 different ones) same thing. After trying Federal American Eagle fmj; Federal HST; Speer lawman; and PMC bronze ( 165gr & 180gr each brand) even 170gr Fiocchi, same thing. Me and the gun smith figured it to be a weak extractor spring causing the constant FTEs. November 8th, 2021 I recieved my Bravo Company enhanced extractor spring and installed it. It would then only make it through a magazine of 165gr for a couple of range sessions and then right back to constant FTEs. After scouring a few forums, turns out they have problems with the ejector and extractor springs giving out around 600 to 1000rds. Mine wouldn't make it through a single magazine out of the box, Brand New!! Apparently this has been a problem CMMG has been aware of. Their solution ( not fix) is to offer you the stronger ejector and extractor springs they use in their 10mm banshee. This is also what several other owners have confirmed in different forums, some with 9mm others 45acp & one guy with both of his 9mms & one 40s&w. Anyway, it's January 31st, 2022 and my banshee is sitting at my local range with the gunsmith awaiting the arrival of an ejector and extractor spring and some type of new weight balancing system CMMG says is the new solution. Wanted this weapon system for 2yrs before I was finally able to find one available due to the C word. $1,463.78 after tax & handling $1,613.69 this is the absolute biggest waste of money & time spent on any firearms purchase I've ever made!! And the only firearms purchase I've ever regretted!!! Also find it amazing that not a single YouTube review of this "awesome weapon" ever mentioned this problem. Had to find out the hard way & had it confirmed through several different small forums SMH

  2. My banshee will eat anything I put in it but the stribog chokes with not just hst,s but any hollow point every other round . That thing just sits in the safe and only comes out as a range toy if that.

  3. With the new curved mags, does Stribog have a leg to stand on in this fight? I really like to know because a few of my friends have Stribogs and no one has a Banshee.
