For what it does this drum is cheap, reliable and very well made. It does the job of four Ruger BX25 round mags plus one 10 round rotary flush mag at half the price – once you figure out how to make it reliable (and it is very reliable). Tons of fun, easy to load and cool looking. Why not?
Watch to the end. There is a lot of good info to be learned about how to make your semi auto high cap reliable and fun.
Would a 10/22 ruger magazine fit in a gsg5??
Love the humor!
Can I buy this if I live in Texas ?
I like the consept but if you were in a self defense situation and this is the only gun you had some one could possibly get to you by the time you fix these situations .
The instructions clearly state not to us waxed bullets. All Lead Headed 22lrs are waxed. Us Copper Heads, and read the instructions. The longer barrel rifle was powering through the wax, but over time it will also start to fail.
There ya go. The 10/22 is the best. 22 carbine you can get. We have 5 of them. Wish we had 10.
More unsolicited advice. STOP plinking. Ammo is hard to find now. Just wait. Ammo will be the same as money very soon. Just like gold and silver.
Oh. The best ammo for the GSG rotary mag is the CCI Moni Msg
Stay away from the Stingers too.
Think I will keep the Mini Mags for the drum mag, and the white box Winchester the 333 count Remington HPs the Golden Bullets, and everything else for the banana and stick mags for our American Heritage revolver, the Charger, and my Remington tube magazine 22, but the Mini Mags will be reserved for the GSG Rotary. Mag. I've seen a 75 r d and several 50 round drum mags too. I guess I should get one of those too.
See? Only 4 mags. and 325 rounds. Wow
I hot em!!! Well two actually. From same place as you did. Yay.
They are made in Germany. My reason isn't because it's fun. I think that things are going to get worse before they get better
I figure that 100 plus rounds of lead screaming down range would make anyone, or more than one take notice and go pick on someone else
I can't wait.
Definitely gonna test both out. just to make sure they work. With the price of ammo today. there isn't much plinking going on.
Oh. Let me say, as of today, the BX-25 mags are extremely hard to find. The 10 round box mags are pretty easy. The 10 round banana mags are available too. But, the BX-25s are rare to find. My advice , if you can find em, buy em.
I heard if you clean the ejector rod and pin it may help
But….lm wary of reliably feeding
No go in NJ….wish l had one tho
Too bad they don't make this mag for a Rossi RS22.
The shots at Cali😂
“Now, this is a knife!”
Unfortunately, the GSG drum and charger is a combo that demand the very best ammunition.
Cci round nose, the hotter the better.
Still, it's cheaper to feed than something like a Thompson.
Show the part where you overheat the barrel shooting like that
And that’s the reason I’m still using the original 10 round magazine 😂
Is it compatible with the gugner stock?
It’s a little tight, that’s what she said, come on shoot the damn thing.
nice letter opener
One thing is you are not following manufacturer operating instructions and may have damaged the magazine yourself. The manufacturer expicitly states that the bolt must be locked open and back before inserting the magazine. Once inserted you can then release the bolt and you failed to do this the entire time shooting.
That is sort of FU@KING SICK!!!!!!!!!!!! I THINK (blush) I think I'm in LOVE with a plastic MAG DRUM!?!?! WHAT THE HELL DO I TELL MY PARENTS? WHAT WILL THE NEIGHBORS THINK? I must stay in the closet, CLUTCHING my FULL AUTO RUGER CHARGER 22 with a GSG DRUM filled to the brink with high power 22 lr, Just waiting for someone to OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR and TALK SHIT!!! ROFL!!!!
