  1. I have had three of their lights fail on me when i needed them. Will never use their lights in my self defense guns or duty guns. Surefires are proven reliability and really made in the USA with USA parts. I Refuse to support the CCP. Surefires are NoT expensive for what you are getting

  2. Compared the TLR1 HL to a X300 last night at dusk. I couldn't belive how much better the TLR was! I actually wondering if thr x300 was a knock off or not fully charged. Always been a Streamlight fan, now I know why.

  3. Would drop testing on a 'SIRT like gun' be productive? Just wondering how it would hold up while attached to a "pistol".

I accidentally put my handheld Streamlight microstream through the washer/dryer twice in a year (and drop "tested" it from numerous heights onto numerous surfaces) and it has lived up to Timexs' motto.

Streamlight – worth it; just sayn'.

Keep up the honest, full disclosure, no lack of info, dad jokes content.
