  1. nice video. I perfer the ambidextrous controls of the OLight. a lefty or righty is able to manipulate the controls easily. unlike the TLR's.
Also, if the new Bladr Pro is like the previous Baldr Pro then getting to strobe is simply squeezing both controls at the same time. then to turn off strobe, push either control.

  2. I personally use olight but hate how hot they get so quickly. I feel other lights with same output do not get hot as easily. But other than that no issues with my Olights. I run a Baldr mini on my 19X

  3. I personally carry a fnx.40 with a baldr mini . I've been running this setup for well over a year with daily carry and abuse. I've never had a single issue with its function or even with the rechargeable battery. It's sat for months at a time without any parasitic drain at all. I'm not saying streamlight makes bad lights but I am saying I've beat the ever loving shit out of my olight's and they still working perfectly. I even bought a second baldr mini with anticipation of a failure, that was over a year probably more like 2 years and my backup baldr is still brand new in the box.

  4. I’m Olight ALLDAY!! You get a much better product for half the price. I’m all for saving money in these hard times. I did go with a streamlight TLR7 sub for my Glock 43X MOS and love it. But I have plenty of Olight and have been EXTREMELY impressed with their quality.

  5. Thanks for the great review these two lights. I have a question about the Olight rechargeable. I have a PL Pro Valkyrie that I'm enjoying very much but I wonder if when the batteries stop holding a charge if there is a way to replace them. I'm sure it would void any warranty but on the switch cap under the sticker there is an epoxy covered T6 torque screw.
