Excellent optic there. We used those now and then overseas from 2002-2013. The impact shift floating all over the net was not a real issue with the ones we had before the XPS series. I believe they have fixed that issue with the new ones that are out now including yours here. Solid purchase. Since this optic has the cool 65moa circle and 1 moa center dot as different from most most other red dots….it performed well with Energizer Lithium batteries with a spare set in range box or on battle belt of course. Usually blinks upon turning it on if the battery is becoming low or 'time to replace'. Here, mine lasted 2 months before really dying once it began blinking upon start up.
