Hey buddy I just don't know how you appendix carry. I would be afraid of blowing my junk off. I know I would never holster a firearm with my finger any where near the trigger. I had a security guard that was getting ready for work and she was holstering her Glock 17 and she put her finger in the trigger guard and shot herself in the leg. She was requalified and she did it again 9 months later. It's the only time I wanted to slap a student. I think she should be saying you want fries with that at work. Some people just are not cut out for firearms. Sorry another story. I have seen a lot of stupid shit in my life. Mostly working at the gun shop/range. Some people should play with Legos and not firearms.
I have a shadow systems MR920 Elite with a threaded barrel. I waited nearly a year for a custom holster from a little company in Texas… while it's an outstanding holster… the muzzle end is "wrapped" and pinched together, so with the little extra length to the barrel, it barely fits… this one here I see is open at the end, which does NOT create an issue, but I imagine you'd want to let that thing cool off before reholstering or you could end up branding your frank
