  1. I bought one of these the same time I bought my first ar, April 2nd 2021. The only problem I have is that the CMMG mags are not very good, sometimes the bullet doesn't move up in the mag and you have to pull the charging handle. . But I would still recommend the conversion kit.

  2. Your opinion on using this in higher end uppers? Have always heard mixed reviews that put me on the fence as I don't want to jeopardize integrity or accuracy of barrels when swapping back to 5.56.

  3. I bought one of these from CMMG about 12 years ago. It was a POS. Lots of failures and it was slightly out of spec so I'd have to pry it out of my upper with a tool. I ended up tossing it in the trash because I didn't want someone else to get stuck with it. I bought one of these stainless steel new ones for my son and I to play with and it's been great. Tons of fun and it runs flawlessly. CMMG seemed to work out the issues.

  4. I picked one up this year. Such a game changer for saving $$$ while exercising the same manual of arms. I haven't had one hiccup. I also installed an adjustable gas block to keep my Ar cleaner when using it. I highly recommend that practice. As always, great content! 🤙
