If the barrel extension is excessively tight, what is recommended for making this takedown system work? Inside of receiver material removal? Barrel extension exterior material removal? New barrel?

Who makes quad rail handguards for this?

I have a handguard with a fixed top rail when attached does not line up with the other rail.
What has to be adjusted the lock collar or the handguard itself?

With my gen 2 I have wobble on my rail if I take the rail of and only put the barrel on theirs no wobble but when I put them both on the rail has wobble any suggestions

Will this work on a straight-pull bolt conversion with no gas tube or block? Can I just put a solid dummy tube on?

The Dolos was dry when I received it no lubrication whatsoever. No information on lubing it.

What is the torque spec for the castle nut? My Prometheus kit just arrived, and the retailer was kind enough to include a castle nut tool.

Are your hand guard in the kit, the only hand guard that works.

I;m reallly not that knowldgeable on AR15, my only experience was in the Army when we had the old AR15A1 back in the 60's, but speaking of the breakdown of this item, shouldn't the bolt carrier be the same as the barrell? So how does this work if the bolt carrier is for a .223, and you decided to switch out to a .300 BLK, 308, or a 17WSM? Can you please explain?

I have this on 2 of my AR’s the new one I just got has play in it when it is ratcheted all the way down. The barrel moves slightly like it is not being held down tight to the upper receiver face plate. My e mail is politegeneral@msn.com

instructions in my unit say counter clockwise locks it on ? it does not….you clearly show turning clockwise to lock it in video while saying counter clockwise ?

Is this system compatible with 16 inch barrel and 15 inch handguard???

Do you have plans to make a gas tube protector that connects to the system? Even if it was made of polymer it would be nice to have something to connect to extra barrels while in storage and especially transport so the gas tube doesn't get bent or full of debris.

I have this system and I use it with a 9mm AR pistol setup from American Resistance.

When I shoot repeatedly the hand guard frees itself and requires ratcheting back into place.

I have loosened the nut on the hand guard release trigger to supply more traction with the grooves and it still happens.

The impact of the rounds going off free the tooth from the grooves and it brings to rotate itself free.

Please tell me how to overcome this
