This is an unboxing video for a Nikon Prostaff 3-9X40 which I then put on my Remington 783. Sorry for the poor editing, filmed on my phone and only able to trim the edges and not edit the middle. (And my phone’s pretty scrappy at the trimming thing as well).

great review you should get a tipton gun vice a must for working on guns
Appreciate the video. Good general info and I like to see that you were able to use the medium height rings. Some videos state you have to use the High Mount Rings due to the 90° Bolt. I'm living vicariously through you guys that already have it until I get one.
Thanks a bunch for your vids. They've helped a ton.
Hey Patrick, I actually just purchased both the Remington 783 .270 and the Nikon Prostaff 3*9 40 Flex. Want to mount my scope and was wondering what height scope mounts you used?
When your wife asked what an Allen wrench looks like I just about lost it hahahahaha great vid.
Good review! You may want to check out the new Redfield scopes. I picked up a 4x12x42 for $159 on sale once from midwayusa. They are nice for the money and Leaupold owns them.
