The Lewis Machine & Tool AR-15 MRP (Monolithic Rail Platform) upper receiver is a monolithic receiver and handguard made from a single piece of forged aerospace aluminum. Barrels are held in place with a proprietary locking system that utilizes two locking bolts accessible from the right side of the receiver. The LMT MRP offers the ability to quickly and conveniently change calibers, barrel lengths and materials, and even gas systems. Join Paul Levy as he offers an in-depth look at the LMT MRP Upper.

Interesting system. For those of us that use VLTOR polylithic, which is rock solid by the way, I don't see anything that justifies the price of the LWT
monolithic makes sense.
I'm curious what the weight difference is between the m-lok and picitinny rails for rifle length rails.
Brownells customer service sucks and their prices are way too high. The LMT rail he shows is $829 on most websites, Brownells has it for $1299 – lol their quality control is terrible also
Can build a better rifle INCLUDING buying new tooling for that price.
LMTs newest Defender model literally uses this same upper on a complete rifle that can be found for 1400, and Brownells wants to sell an upper with no BCG or CH for 1249?! Hard pass
Can u use different barrels. Say a Daniel Defense CHF 14.5 ..??
$1,249…… hahahahahahahahahaha
Grabbed for 630 Labor day sale 😀
I love mine. I have an older one, but mine has a quad picitinny rail system.
Is the same upper used for both the DI and the piston barrels?
I don't see them on the site anywhere
Good luck with that price
$1249 😂
Aaaauuuuucchhhhhh 💸💸💸.. I would do 500 (maybe).
