CMMG Banshee 7.62X39
Today we are unboxing and taking some first shots with the CMMG Banshee chambered in 7.62X39. Let me tell you, I really like it. It shoots smooth, the mags change easily, all of the AK mags that I tested worked. It is everything that I had hoped for and more.

@3d outdoors. Mine came with oil. My banshee was the best purchase I ever made I got the mkgs 9m. I have just ordered that one you got I'm praying for it to come quick they are back ordered for 20 weeks.
Can you tell me what brand mags work well In your banshee/mutant?
I figure you have had a year to play with it so you probably know best.
Since I have 20weeks I was making sure I have all my accessories for it ready to go. Also what type of ammo does it like and did you get the 8' or the 10' barrel. I subbed by the way

straight to the point, but a bit lack luster. Not that's a bad thing, but not exactly my cup of tea
Did you check to see if the OIL was in the pistol grip?

I'm a AK guy, but this thing strikes my fancy.
2:54 The 7.62×39 is not a rimmed case.
I just recently got mine and having many failure to eject the spent casing and feeding a live round under the spent case (stovepipes). Also are you maybe getting 1 foot flashes from the end of your muzzle? The flash on this is horrible 🔥
Is that banshee 300 or 200 series

Wow looks like an assault rifle but it ain't. I like the compactness. I still like my Ak47 for my 7.62 shooter for its durability and it never fails.

This is a sharp looking pistol. I went to the AK74 Platform a while back and never looked for anything else. I own some AR's but really don't enjoy shooting them as much as a AK style weapon. Do they make this in the 74 (5.45 x 39mm)? It would be neat to have a pistol style to shadow my rifle.
