Criminals by definition are people who don't follow the law. I mean murder is illegal yet we're passing gun laws to stop murder? Heroin is illegal and we have a massive heroin addiction epidemic in like every major city across the U.S. They need to stop targeting law abiding citizens. I honestly believe they're trying to target weapons that would be effective in defending against government tyranny which is why they're chipping away at rifles first.

The truth is if a criminal wants an AR with a 10" barrel… they will get one and they will throw a regular stock on it with not a care in the world about the ATF. Other than turning law abiding citizens into felons overnight… this rule will do zero to stop real crime.
