The ATF is pure evil. American gov’t is infested with sicko control freaks trying to cause civil war. It’s psychological warfare/subversion 101. These politicians and bureaucrats are worse than the ChiComs in many ways.

I did my part. I wrote a detailed comment that respectfully described why I strongly disagree with the proposal and submitted it to the registry and to my 3 state representatives directly. Enough is enough. We need to remove more restrictions and not continuously add new ways to punish the good people.

ATF "rulemaking" is not lawful. Simply put, it's a criminal edict that violates our fundamental civil liberties, and should be struck down as such by the SCOTUS.

This is a reason I really love this company.
Even as a support of sensible gun legislation it's blatant this is unenforceable and a sharp overreach.
Honestly every single firearm company should sue the ATF into oblivion.

After my car accident in 2017 I now only have the ability to move my left arm 10 ° and have had no way to hunt or even just protect myself. When I recieve my stabilizing brace it will be a life changer for me. Please allow EVERYONE to keep our God given freedoms.

This comment is made in opposition of the Justice Department’s new proposed regulations on the popular accessory known as a “Pistol Stabilizing Brace.”
This proposed rule-making on pistol-braced firearms represents a gross abuse of, and a de facto overreach of executive authority. It is an attempt by a non-legislative body to make new Law.
The ATF has intentionally designed its Factoring Criteria for Rifled Barrel Weapons with Accessories Commonly Referred to as “Stabilizing Braces” to effect a complete ban of every pistol-braced firearm currently on the market. It is painfully clear that most pistol-braced firearms would fail Section I of the worksheet, because all but the shortest AR-style firearms are over ATF’s new, unlegislated, 26-inch limit on a pistol’s maximum length.
And under Section II, virtually all pistol braces on the market—including those previously approved for sale by ATF—would receive more than four allowed “points,” meaning the firearm would be classified as a short-barreled rifle.
It is not a worksheet so much as a cash-grab by the Biden Administration. It is a thinly veiled attempt to collect Tax Stamp fees on 2 or 3 million Americans.
Gun owners are disgusted by these blatant infringements on their right to keep and bear arms. And the ATF seems to be the champion of those infringements.

I posted a comment on the Federal Register. I did not attempt to contact my senator or representative. I live in Washington State, they are all part of the leftist gangs, or are despicable RINOs. I have tried to contact them before, but Washington State is a mail-in ballot state and has been for a long time. Everyone I talk to (taken with a grain) voted republican last election… nothing changed here. This blue state is just as corrupt as DC. Thanks for posting this!

It really burns me when fudds etal say objectively dumb things like:

– "stop cheating, you know you're not using that as a brace";
– "what do you need that for anyway?";
– "if you want it just suck it up and pay the $200";
– "I'm not going to say anything, I don't want to be on 'a list'";
– loud pots and pans banging together
– etc.

Even if you don't use a brace or don't use guns you should comment. This affects all Americans. Eventually they'll come for something you do care about.

Now it's time to use woke politics against them: "I can not believe that the BATFE is being ableist against people with disabilities and ageist against those that have a difficult time operating a firearm because of arthritis or the myriad of other health issues that older people can suffer from. I expected the Biden administration to be progressive and embrace changes from the past, not to discriminate against people for things that they can't control. What's next? Prosecuting people of mixed race because you think they didn't select the 'correct' race to identify as in Section B, Part 18(a)(b)? This is government enforced bigotry!" Make them play by their own rules. They hate that.

Did you comment on the changes pertaining to the definition of a firearm? Or are you only worried about this since it hurts your business?

I’m still going over my response to the receiver proposal, which I’ll have done by the end of the week. Im convinced that the entire plan is to overwhelm Gun owners in hope that they’ll give up and give in.

Commenting Seems like a way for them to have a baseline of whos house to go to first.

Regarding new rules limiting the use of arm braces and shouldering a firearm It discriminates against older or other individuals that have issues steadying a firearm to aim it successfully.
From my perspective it’s “Elder Abuse” plain and simple.
