Biggest problem here is CMMG's customer service. Oh wait, they don't have any of that nonsense! Yeah folks, order something from them and good luck getting ahold of them to find out the status when they are 3 months past the longest stated time it will take to get you said item. Any email or voicemail you leave them, yeah you'll never talk to a real person if you call them, will be a pad response that doesn't even address you question. Spend $3k on firearms and upgrades? Nope! You don't deserve customer service!
So yeah, I believed all the hype about how great CMMG is and after witnessing their horrible build times and complete lack of customer service through family and friend's experience, who have ordered their products, NOPE….not even a slight chance I would order from them or recommend them to anyone else.
I would love to get familiar with my gun . It’s a burnt bronze Resolute 300 in 300 BLK .I just need you guys to move it to the front of the production line please lol . I love you CMMG !!! If you want to hire a extra awesome human in your marketing department I am definitely available !
Still counting the days to get my BANSHEE 300 upper in 22lr so I can once again shoot affordably.
