  1. Prisms in general tend to have the widest field of view compared to any other magnified optics. Not sure on this gear but if it’s as you stated, it’s an anomaly not necessarily the rule.

  2. im running a strike eagle Gen2 1×6 lpvo with a holosun 507c x2 on a 45 degree offset. im considering removing the lpvo and start running a 3x or 5x prism with the holosun offset. anyone have expierence with this? thanks

  3. Hello, I’m looking for a scope and with my budget it’s between these two primary arms acss vs vortex strike eagle. Which would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

  4. How often do you use 2-5 on your LPVO? Seems to me for competitive shooting or tactical having a fixed 3X or 5X depending on terrain or mission with an offset red dot is the fastest way to get on target. Within 100 yards you just go to the red dot and outside that distance, you go to the fixed power prism site. Especially if your LPVO is a second focal plan where your reticle markings only easily work at the highest settings. I have to believe the fixed and offset red dot are a much faster solution as long as you get enough training in to accurately rotate your rifle for the offset shoots.

  5. Prism sights all the way. Shooting with bindon aiming concept negates the magnification at close range and 3x- 5x fixed prism is absolutely more than any AR-15 or similar 556 NATO rifle is ever going to need.

  6. One day there will be a scope with everything in it. Ballistic compensation. Laser range-finding, atmospheric it will be a 0 red dot able to magnify to 500x with perfectly enhanced digital picture. And it'll only weigh 8 oz. Automatically turns to night vision combined with thermal as soon as it gets dusk. That sounds just about perfect to me LOL😂🤣😊🤣😂 oh and I forgot it'll take Glock mags!

  7. I know a few local Sheriff Deputies that run the ACSS Prism & they love it. I have the 1×6 on my 556/233 and the 4-14×44 on my 300BO. They are heavy scopes but definitely a great option. Now that most all come with Lifetime Warranties. I had a coating issue with my 1×6 & Primary Arms went above & beyond to satisfy me. I bought my Ghost 300BO upper from P.A. I live by the Store but you cannot purchase from the store here in Pearland TX. They have computers for you to use inside to place your orders. They ship fast also. They do have Certified Repair in house also. If they cannot repair or whatever they'll send you a new one.

  8. PA 5x prism with the PA advanced micro red dot mounted on the top of it, or the 1-6 or 1-8x LPVO? Rifle purpose is cqb/ mid range shooting. Glass clarity, versatility, battery life and durability are my main concerns. Which one of these configurations would suit me better?

  9. The low power scopes are the way to go. The horseshoe on the 2.5 and 3x are too small. The 4 and 5 are ok. However the low power scopes are better even at low power. I tried the cyclops 1x on an AK and found it so small it was near unusable.

  10. I'm new to your channel and it's one of my favorites! So if you only had these to optics that you just reviewed, sitting on the exact same AR15 223. Which one would you grab if s@%t hit the fan? And the same question with a AR10 308? Or maybe you have a better choice in the PA family of optics?

  11. just get them all im slowly getting there but soon as I get the latest they drop a new one lol granted that's because I can only afford 2 a year or so. I finally got the 4-14 orion then they came out with the 3-18x. Plan on getting that one next maybe this Christmas lol the struggle is real when you have 3 kids and a fire arm addiction

  12. I have an ar that is itching for 3x prism. I have a red dot on it now and really just want a little bit of magnification but don't want to have anything to fuss with. The intention of the rifle is to be minute-of-man accurate across my yard, not some precision shooter.
